Beginning her real estate career in 2021 as a Director of First Impressions, Jemma gained extensive exposure to various aspects of property sales, property management, and administration. This broad experience paved the way for her transition into a Sales Administration Support role, where she worked closely with agents and provided abundant support to her colleagues.

In August 2023, Jemma transitioned to a property manager role, delivering exceptional service to both landlords and tenants.
