Led by a desire to effect change, he previously worked in Uganda to empower communities to prepare for, manage and respond to disease outbreaks and fatal injuries. Born in Colombia and raised in Spain and the United Kingdom, Julian has called Australia home for the past six years. Focused and disciplined in his free time, he is part of Triathlon Australia and the Cosmos Football Club.
